THE SELLER AGREES to sell, for the purchase price of $_____________, and has this day delivered to the BUYER, a Cane Corso, male/female whelped on _____, sired by ________________________
out of _________________________
described as ______________________________________, and certifies that said CANE CORSO is of sound body and good health, free from communicable diseases to the best of seller's knowledge, and current in vaccinations and wormings.
Cash refunds for the purchase price of the puppy, (less deposit of $250.00 and shipping costs) are only given within 48 hours. Cash refunds are only given if a licensed veterinarian finds a health problem that was present before you took possession of the puppy (excluding worms). We (the breeders) may require a second opinion by a veterinarian of our choice. Cash refunds are only given if the puppy is returned to us, the BUYER will incur all shipping costs. If you decide to keep the puppy and have it treated you have waived the right to a refund. We are not responsible for any veterinary bills that you incur.
THE SELLER guarantees that the CANE CORSO is registerable with the International Cane Corso Federation. The BUYER further agrees to register this dog with the International Cane Corso Federation by 6 months of age. Both BUYER and SELLER acknowledge that no representations, verbal or implied, have been made with regard to said Cane Corsos future abilities
If the CANE CORSO is found to have life inhibiting genetic defects prior to one year of age, THE SELLER agrees to replace the dog The BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing, of the life inhibiting genetic condition, and include a veterinarian certificate dated and signed by a license veterinarian within 30 days after the CANE CORSO turns one year of age. The SELLER may require a second opinion by a veterinarian of the SELLERS choice. All veterinarian cost and any other expenses are buyers responsibility. If the SELLER does not receive notification within this period of time, this guarantee becomes null and void.
*Note Entropia Ectropia and Cherry Eye are common with all Mastiff breeds and are not considered life inhibiting genetic defects. All costs incurred due to Entropia, Ectropia, and/or Cherry Eye are the sole responsibility of the BUYER*
The BUYER understands that the CANE CORSO is a large breed dog that is dominant by nature. The SELLER is not responsible for any temperament problems that the said CANE CORSO exhibits The Cane Corso will require early socialization and continued consistent training. It is recommended by the SELLER that the CANE CORSO referred to in this contract be enrolled in and taken to Puppy Socialization classes by the age of 4 months and also be enrolled in and taken to TWO (2) follow up classes by the age of 18 months.
THE BUYER MUST notify the SELLER if they change address
THE BUYER AGREES to offer this CANE CORSO at no cost to the SELLER if he/she cannot keep the dog within one year of age. After one year of age, THE BUYER AGREES to notify the SELLER if he /she cannot keep the dog for any reason during its lifetime, and a mutually agreeable plan will be worked out to place the Cane Corso in another home. The SELLER reserves the right to refuse the return of the dog.
THE BUYER AGREES that they will never place this dog, or any of its offspring should it be used for breeding, in any pet store or other public-sales situation.

HIP GUARANTEE FULL REGISTRATION
We guarantee the hips of our dogs until one year of age to be free of crippling hip dysplasia as follows:
Full Registration: This puppy is purchased with full ICCF registration and breeding rights but must not be used for breeding purposes before the age of two (2) years.
Within one (1) years from date of purchase, should your puppy develop crippling hip dysplasia or genetic skeletal disorder, upon receipt of:
1. a letter from a duly licensed veterinarian attesting to such condition (copies of x-rays may be required The SELLER may also require a second opinion by a veterinarian of the SELLERS choice),
2. a copy of the OFA evaluation report,
3. a spay or neuter certificate
4. the ICCF registration certificate on such puppy,
you will receive a replacement puppy of greater or equal value from our next available litter. Exclusion: There are NO guarantees on a puppy which is bred before two years of age.
General: Buyer is not required to return dog to Seller to obtain a refund under this section. Seller will not guarantee the hips of a female puppy which is bred before two years of age. This guarantee will become void if hip problems arise due to owner's neglect to follow the guidelines from seller concerning precautionary measures one must follow to avoid hip problems or due to any injury sustained while in buyer's possession.
OFA/PENN-HIP: Crestwoods Cane Corsos has a limited guarantee against crippling hip dysplasia. The parents of this puppy have been certified by OFA or PENN-HIP to be clear of hip dysplasia but we make no guarantee that this dog will pass OFA or PENN-HIP certification.
