 Here at Crestwoods our dogs speak for themselves exhibiting
excellent health, temperment and conformation. We focus on creating companions that are able to stand up to any challenge
put before them. Whether that be an intruder, an obstacle course or a nursing home, they are confident enough to handle any
situation with ease. All breeding stock that we own are certified tempermentally sound through the American Temperment Test Society. Both Breeding females have also earned their Canine Good Citizens Test and are registered Therapy Dogs. They also participate in Confirmation Shows while practicing Obedience, Weight Pulling and Tracking. We are a small hobby breeder, meaning we don't fund our life with the sale of our dogs. We both work 40 hours a week and love all our dogs like our children. Our females are only bred after age of 2 years old and careful health screenings are done including Penn-Hip or OFA Certification. They only whelp 3 litters in their lifetime, skipping at least one heat in between and spend the rest of there days here with us being as spoiled as possible. All pups are raised in an adjacent bedroom to ours where they can get the utmost attention to all their needs. Each are handled daily by us, our friends & family and their children. At 3 weeks of age they are started on solid foods while still being allowed to nurse from mom. At about 3 1/2 - 4 weeks of age they are able to get out of the whelping box (with help) and roam the house. They see many different sights and sounds. Weather premitting they also are able to explore the outdoors. All pups are screened by a veterinarian, wormed if needed, vaccinated, sold with ICCF Registration paperwork, a written health guarantee, tails cropped, & rear dew claws removed if present. Ear Cropping is left up to the new owner to decide and have done. Pups are ready for their new homes at 8 weeks of age. While we prefer that you make arrangements to pick up your puppy in person, shipping is available for approximately $250.00 (crate and health certificate included). Deposits are accepted on upcoming litters prior to breeding. A $250.00 non refundable Deposit is required. Information about our Deposit policy can be found on the deposit contract. Babies Alex Gerald & Liam Henry joined our family May 2, 2006 weighing 7 lbs 7oz and 8lbs 3oz!! Everyone in the family is doing well!!! Crestwoods Gino Del Morgan has recently joined our family. He is direct from Italy out of Morgan Cane Corsos Nuccio & Olivia litter born April 10, 2001-2006. He is proving to be an outstanding pup exhibiting great type, with an excellent head, muzzle, bone structure and over all balance. He's a very smart puppy with a great attention span and willingness to please. Pictures will be available soon. Baby Jarbeau joined our family December 29th at a whopping 10lbs 1oz!!! Corey, Laura and Gerren Alan are doing very well! |
